Free online degree courses International students

Online Learning at CSU Create your email password and access your Kirkwood email account. It's free, and your correspondence with us will come in the form of email. Your password will also be your login for EagleNet.
1. Apply Now
It’s free and fast. Select one of the available online degree programs, and you’ll receive more information about completing the admission process. You will get your temporary EagleCard with your Kirkwood "k" number.
2. Eaglenet Password Setup
EagleNet is an online program Kirkwood students use to manage their academic careers at Kirkwood. Go to EagleNet, click on "EagleNet for Students, " then click "Establish My Password."

4. Placement Exams
Take our required placement exams or submit your ACT scores to the One Stop office. Math scores are valid for two years; reading and writing scores remain valid for three years. Click here to see required scores. If you aren't able to take the placement exam at one of Kirkwood's locations, call the Test Center at 319-398-5456 to find a location nearest you.
5. Sign Up for Orientation
All new full-time students are required to attend an orientation session. If you applied for an online degree (Liberal Arts, Management or Water Technology), you can either attend an on-campus orientation or an online orientation. However, you are encouraged to attend one in person, if possible. Orientation provides a comprehensive introduction to Kirkwood, including assistance with advising and registration, and an introduction to campus resources and services. If you are currently in an online degree program and cannot attend an on-campus orientation, please visit www.kirkwood.edu/onlineorientation.
6. Financial Aid & Scholarships
Apply for financial aid and scholarships. Every year, we award more than $1.7 million in scholarships, and more than 60 percent of our students receive some form of financial aid.

8. Register for Classes
When you use Eaglenet to sign up for your online classes, specify the location as "Online." Click here for help with online registration.
9. Get your EagleCard (if you'd like)
Get your permanent EagleCard. Bring a photo ID with you when you trade in your temporary card for your permanent one. This is completely optional.
10. Buy Your Books
Buy your books in person at the Kirkwood Bookstore or online. Books are available 10 days prior to the start of each semester.
