Best Graduate Schools in Michigan by Salary Potential  May 10, 2017 – 04:40 pm
Colleges and universities

Despite a famously rocky economy, you can earn an impressive salary with a graduate degree from a Michigan university. PayScale's College Salary Report includes alumni salary data from a number of graduate programs in Michigan.

The University of Michigan's Stephen M. Ross School of Business in Ann Arbor is one of the highest-earning program on PayScale's list of graduate schools in Michigan. Graduates with zero to five years of work experience earn a median salary close to $100, 000 and those with ten or more years of experience earn a median salary considerably higher. Notable Ross alums include Mark Bernstein, the former Director of Press Pool Operations for the Clinton Administration, and puzzle creator Steve Richardson, whose customers have included Bill Gates and the Queen of England.

But the alumni salaries at the next two business schools on our list aren't too shabby either - Michigan State's Broad College of Business reports a median mid-career salary of well in excess of $100, 000 as does the College of Business Administration at the University of Detroit Mercy (UDM).
