Cambridge Judge Business School Executive Education offers a wide range of open enrolment and customised programmes. These programmes are designed for organisations, business professionals, managers, leaders, and executives from many different functions who strive for professional and personal growth. Programmes are developed to help executives and organisations from both the private and the public sectors achieve operational excellence and results.
The Director of Custom Programmes will be responsible for implementing an effective strategy for our custom executive education business, with a primary focus on building the scale and diversity of our custom portfolio of programmes and deep engagement relationships. Working closely with business school faculty to develop our expertise in the creation of excellent executive education programmes.
The sucessful job holder will be required to manage a business development team. Translate the strategy for the customised executive education business into targets and objectives for the team and monitor progress towards achievement, providing direction and feedback on performance. Duties will include visiting and engaging with potential clients for custom programmes, supporting and accompanying the business development team on international tours and profile-raising events. You will also be expected to manage your own portfolio of clients, ensuring all relationships are managed effectively with emphasis on high quality delivery and pre-eminent customer service.
With experience of the global Executive Education market you will have a sophisticated understanding of client relationship management at the highest level. Solid experience of leading and directing diverse teams to achieve the successful implementation of strategic plans is essential. You should also have outstanding communication and presentation skills, and the ability to develop customised learning and development solutions.
A Master’s degree, PhD, or equivalent would be advantageous.
